Welcome to Skin Kouture. By booking, attending, or using any of our services or this website, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully — they form a legally binding agreement between you and Skin Kouture Clinic, Mississauga.
01
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Skin Kouture ("we", "us", "our") whether you are visiting our clinic at 2575 Dundas St W, Mississauga, ON, or interacting with us online through skinkouture.com.
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian), that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms in full.
02
Our Services
Skin Kouture offers a curated range of aesthetic, wellness and beauty treatments delivered by licensed practitioners. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Laser hair removal and IPL rejuvenation
- Bespoke facials and medical skin treatments
- Therapeutic massage and Hijama cupping therapy
- Bridal and special-occasion makeup
All treatments are subject to professional assessment. We reserve the right to decline or modify any treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it would not be safe or appropriate for the client.
03
Bookings & Appointments
Appointments may be booked online via our booking page, by phone at +1 (647) 558-8769, or in person at our clinic.
Booking Confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from us (by email or SMS). Quoted prices, times and availability are subject to change until confirmed.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in, consultation review and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or, in some cases, the need to reschedule.
04
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that life happens. To keep our schedule fair to all clients, we operate the following cancellation policy:
- More than 24 hours' notice: Cancel or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service may apply.
- No-show: The full service amount may be charged, and a non-refundable deposit may be required for any future bookings.
Treatments requiring a deposit: Some longer treatments (such as bridal packages or extended laser series) require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This will be communicated to you clearly before payment.
05
Payments & Refunds
Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, Interac e-Transfer, and cash. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refund Policy
Treatments already performed are non-refundable. Pre-paid treatment packages and gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable to another individual upon written notice to us.
If you believe a treatment has not met the standard you were promised, please raise it with us within 7 days of the service. We will review the matter in good faith and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary corrective treatment.
06
Consultation & Informed Consent
Every new client receives a complimentary consultation. Before any treatment, you will be asked to complete a confidential health questionnaire and sign a treatment-specific consent form.
You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your health history, medications, allergies, recent skin treatments and any conditions that may affect treatment safety. Failure to disclose relevant information may compromise the safety or effectiveness of the service, and we accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed information.
You may withdraw consent and stop a treatment at any time.
07
Client Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a calm, respectful and inclusive environment for every client and team member. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service in cases of:
- Abusive, discriminatory or threatening behaviour toward staff or other clients
- Arriving for treatment under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed substances
- Repeated late arrivals or no-shows
- Any conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of others on the premises
08
Liability
All treatments are carried out by licensed and trained professionals using equipment maintained to manufacturer and regulatory standards. Aesthetic and wellness treatments inherently carry some risk, including but not limited to temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity, or, in rare cases, more significant skin reactions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the specific treatment you received. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses, including loss of earnings, travel costs or emotional distress.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Canadian or Ontario law.
09

Your Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, store and protect the information you share with us.
11
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, regulatory requirements or industry best practice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always indicate the current version.
Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email or through a notice in the clinic. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, located in Peel Region.
